Enthuse Data Imports

Bring Enthuse supporter, fundraiser and payment data into one connected supporter journey

đŸ‘©â€đŸ’» At a Glance

Import Enthuse supporter, fundraiser and payment data into your Social Sync account using files downloaded directly from Enthuse.

Social Sync matches imported fundraisers to existing registrations and brings fundraising pages for the same event together under a single registration and supporter record.

This helps keep your event data connected across platforms and ensures supporters receive one unified journey, even when they fundraise through Enthuse alongside other fundraising platforms.

  • Supporters CSV - Supporter data

  • Fundraisers CSV – Fundraising page data

  • Payment CSV – Donation and payment data

A fundraiser’s amount raised will only be updated once the corresponding Payment CSV has also been imported. Importing the Fundraisers CSV alone will create the fundraising record but will not populate its donation total.

Use the calendar on the Enthuse card to quickly check whether your imported data is up to date.

Importing Enthuse Data

Before you begin, download the relevant reports from Enthuse.

For guidance on finding and downloading these reports, see Enthuse’s Insights & Reporting guidance.

To import your data:

  1. Open the Import Hub – In Platform Imports, select Import on the Enthuse card.

  2. Choose the import type – Select the import type you need.

  3. Upload your CSV – Drag and drop the file or select it from your device. The maximum file size is 10MB.

  4. Review the upload result – Social Sync will confirm whether the file has been accepted or needs to be uploaded again.

Do not open the CSV in Excel between downloading it from Enthuse and uploading it to Social Sync. Excel can automatically change date formats, which may prevent the data from importing correctly.

Checking Your Import

Once the file has been uploaded successfully, it will appear in the Import History table.

The status will show whether the import is:

  • Processing

  • Complete

  • Error

To see a breakdown of the import, open the menu next to the record and select Inspect.

This makes it easy to confirm what was imported and identify any problems that need attention.

Checking Enthuse Data by Date

Use the calendar on the Enthuse card to review the data Social Sync has received for a particular date.

Select a date to see:

  • Transactions – Number of donations recorded

  • Fundraisers – Number of fundraising pages recorded

  • Revenue – Total donation value

Dates are colour coded to help you quickly spot gaps:

  • Green – Transactions recorded

  • Amber – Fundraising pages recorded but no transactions

  • Grey – No data available

This gives you a simple way to check that your Enthuse data is flowing into Social Sync as expected.
