If your Facebook fundraising data isnβt syncing automatically, you can still manually import it to Social Sync. To do this you need to download a donation report as a CSV file from Facebook and uploaded it to Social Sync via the Import Hub.
β
To help you find the donation report in Facebook, we've created a step by step guide.
Important: Once the Facebook donation report has been sent to your email address, do not open the CSV file before uploading it to Social Sync.
β
Some spreadsheet programmes can automatically alter text formatting within the file, which may cause an upload error.
