To help Social Sync manage and optimise your campaign performance, you’ll need to give us partner access and share certain Facebook assets through your Meta Business Manager.
This access allows us to manage campaign elements such as your ads and leads data, ensuring automated communications reach the right people.
Giving Partner/Leads Access
Follow these steps to give Social Sync access to your Facebook assets:
Log in to your Meta Business Manager.
Click Business portfolio in the drop-down menu and choose your business portfolio.
Click Settings next to your business portfolio.
Go to Integrations, then click Leads access.
Click Customise access in the pop-up window that appears, if this is the first time you've used this feature, then click Confirm. If you've already enabled leads access, skip to the next step.
You'll see a list of people, partners and CRMs with access to your leads information. Click the tabs to see the full list for each category or to search by name.
Click add partner and add the Social Sync Business ID:

In the left-hand menu, go to Pages → Partners.
Click Manage next to Social Sync
Toggle Everything on.
Giving Ad Account Access
To allow Social Sync to create and manage ads for your campaigns:
In your Business Manager, go to Accounts → Ad accounts.
Select the ad account you want to share.
Important Note: Please make sure your ad account name includes your charity’s name.
Click Assign partner.
Select Business ID.
Enter our Business ID:

Click Assign.
Once these permissions are in place, Social Sync will be able to connect your campaign tools, manage your ads, and automate supporter communications seamlessly.
