đ©âđ» At a Glance
The Campaigns area gives you a faster, clearer way to manage your campaign portfolio.
Campaigns are automatically organised by type into Fundraising, Third Party and Organic, while Favourites and Custom Folders help you keep priority campaigns easy to find.
Each folder uses the same campaign table, giving you a quick view of key performance metrics before you open a campaign.
Use the Campaigns area to find what matters faster, keep larger portfolios organised and understand performance at a glance.
Campaign Types
Every campaign is automatically assigned to one of three core areas.
Fundraising â Campaigns created directly in Social Sync, including single-event and multi-event campaigns.
Third Party â Campaigns linked to third-party events that use an application or allocation process.
Organic â Fundraising activity imported from external platforms that cannot be matched to an existing Social Sync campaign, such as birthday or DIY fundraising.
Campaigns created using the blue Create Campaign button are automatically added to Fundraising.
Campaigns Table
Campaigns are displayed in a consistent table so you can understand performance without opening each campaign individually.
The table includes:
Campaign â The internal campaign name, along with any relevant campaign icons or ticket information.
Audience â Leads, registrations, fundraisers and active fundraisers combined.
Registrations â Total registrations, with the percentage of the audience who have registered.
Active â Fundraisers with at least one donation, with the fundraiser activation rate shown underneath.
Raised â Total amount raised, with the average raised per fundraiser shown underneath.
Favourites
Favourites is the first page you see when you open the Campaigns area, giving you quick access to the campaigns your organisation cares about most.
To favourite a campaign, open the menu next to it and select Favourite. It will then appear in Favourites as well as in its original Fundraising, Third Party or Organic area.
Select Unfavourite at any time to remove it.
Favourites are shared across your organisation, so all Social Sync users see the same priority campaigns.
Fundraising Campaigns
The Fundraising area contains campaigns created by your organisation in Social Sync.
These can include both single-event and multi-event campaigns.
To create a new campaign, select Create Campaign and follow the campaign setup process. Once created, it will automatically appear in Fundraising.
Third Party Campaigns
The Third Party area contains campaigns created for events that require an application or allocation process.
These campaigns are currently created by Social Sync.
To request a new Third Party campaign, contact your Customer Success Manager or Social Sync Support. Once created, it will appear automatically in the Third Party area.
Organic Campaigns
The Organic area contains fundraising activity imported from external platforms that could not be matched to an existing Social Sync campaign.
This often includes supporter-led fundraising such as birthday fundraisers, DIY challenges or other activity created independently of one of your managed campaigns.
Organic campaigns cannot be created manually in Social Sync. They are generated from imported fundraising data.
Custom Folders
Custom Folders give you an additional way to organise campaigns around the way your team works.
Use them to group related campaigns, events or programmes together without changing their original Fundraising, Third Party or Organic classification.
Managing Your Campaign Portfolio
The Campaigns area is designed to make larger portfolios easier to navigate and understand.
Use Favourites for priority campaigns, Custom Folders for your own organisational structure and the campaign table to quickly compare performance before diving into the detail.
Find the right campaign faster, stay on top of performance and keep your whole portfolio organised in one place.
