Icons and tickets in the Campaigns table

Helping you to understand more about your campaigns at a glance.

👩‍💻 At a Glance

Campaigns listed in the Campaigns table may have icons and/or "Sold" under the campaign name. This is to provide additional information about each campaign at a glance.

Some campaigns may have no icons while others may have all four. For ticketed campaigns, the number of tickets sold will display slightly differently under the campaign name depending on whether a campaign capacity limit has been set or not.

Icons

Each icon provides additional information about the campaign:

  • Yellow star – Favourited campaign. The campaign can be found via the Favourites folder for easy access.

  • Purple medal – Third Party campaign. The campaign can be accessed via the Third Party folder.

  • Purple layered calendar – Multi-event campaign. A campaign that contains more than one event – Fundraising, Third Party and Organic campaigns can all be multi-event. Hovering on the icon will display the number of events within the multi-event campaign.

  • Grey bookmark – Featured campaign. If you have a Campaign Listing section on the homepage of your organisation's Social Sync site, a featured campaign will display there.

Tickets Sold

If tickets are available for an event, the number of sold tickets will display under the campaign name:

  • If a campaign capacity limit has not been set, just the number of tickets sold will display, e.g. Sold 22.

  • If a campaign capacity limit has been set or there is a limited number of tickets available, the number of tickets sold will display against the number available, e.g. Sold 9/100.
