The easiest way to get on touch with us once you are logged in to Social Sync is to use our in app Messenger:
Click on this logo in the bottom right hand corner of your browser for information and options:
More Info: You must be logged in to Social Sync for the Messenger to be available and it may need you to refresh your browser to show
Once you have opened the Messenger you will be able to send a note for our Support Team to respond to, submit and track a bug or feature request ticket and view our recent announcements and news stories:
