There are a number of different ways in which you can manage your messaging to supporters, create automations and have tasks generated in your Stewardship Centre depending on your account set up and which campaigns or challenges you have live.

The Stewardship Centre

Start by heading to your Stewardship Centre, which can be found in your menu.

Alternatively, you can head to the Stewardship Centre by clicking here.

Finding your supporters

Next you need to add your filters. You can chose to view your supporters by campaign, amount raised, platform they're using and more! It's totally flexible and totally down to you.

Composing your message

Select the supporter you would like to message from the record on the left hand side of the screen. From where you have two main options:

  1. Create a message by free typing in the Message Title and Message Body fields:

2. Click on the Message Title field to select from a template:

Depending on the fundraiser type you will find some pre-populated templates to use or you can create a tailored one to use again..

Here is an example of a template - you'll see that this has been built to pull through the supporters first name but you can also include other auto populated data such as last name, event name and campaign name - you can place these anywhere in your message:

TOP TIP: Using templates means that you can send relevant and personalised messages at different stages of the supporters experience at speed at scale.

You can also include forms in the message templates for lead campaigns and data capture.

Integrating forms

You can also create or select a Facebook Form directly from the Message Editor by selecting the purple paper sheet icon you can see here at the top of the Message Body:

Depending on the fundraiser type you will find some pre-populated form templates to use or you can create a tailored one to use again by selecting + Create New Form:

Sending your message

Once you have composed your message then scroll to to the top and click on the green Message button:

Two things will happen once you hit this button:

  • Your message will be copied to your clipboard.

  • You will be taken directly to your supporters page in Facebook.

Once on the fundraisers Facebook page you can simply create a post or a reply, paste your message in and send it!

Finally head back to Social Sync and mark as complete from the drop down.

Thats it - you're done!
