πŸ‘©β€πŸ’» At a Glance

You can manually import audience members to your campaigns using a CSV file.

It's a great way to add supporters to journeys, market to past participants and re-engage campaign audiences.

You also have the option to apply custom actions during import. Examples include adding tags, creating registrations and generating fundraising pages.

Important: You must use Social Sync's CSV template or the file will be rejected when uploaded. The CSV template can be downloaded in the Audience Import section.

Download Social Sync's Audience Import template, edit the file and save it to your computer. Select this CSV file when prompted to upload a CSV for the audience import.
