If your Facebook fundraising data isn’t syncing automatically, you can still import it manually using a CSV file. This is a quick and reliable way to keep your campaign data up to date on Social Sync.
How to import your data
First download your Facebook fundraising data from Meta
Important Note: When downloading your transaction data from Meta, do not open the file before uploading it to Social Sync. Some spreadsheet programs can automatically alter text formatting within the file, which may cause upload errors.
Simply download the file directly from Meta and upload it as-is to ensure a smooth import.
From your left-hand menu, navigate to Import Hub.
In the top right-hand corner of the screen, click Import.
Choose the Meta option from the available platforms.
Click Meta CSV Transaction Import to begin your upload.
Select and upload the file you downloaded from Meta.
