Fundraisers Export Changelog: v2.0 → v3.0

Updated over a week ago

Effective date: 7 April 2026 Notice issued: 9 March 2026

This changelog details all changes between the Fundraisers Export v2.0 and v3.0 specifications. It is intended to help customers update downstream data processes such as CRM upload mappings, data warehouse ETL jobs, and reporting integrations.

Transition period: v2.0 exports will remain available alongside v3.0 after the 7 April go-live date. You do not need to update your downstream processes immediately. We will provide advance notice before v2.0 exports are retired.

Note: Column positions have changed significantly in v3.0. Do not rely on column letter/index - use column headers for mapping.

Summary of changes

  • 6 new columns added (pledged income, total raised, event activity, event details, event dates)

  • 7 columns removed (Meta fields, Supporter Type, audit fields, consent columns removed)

  • 5 columns renamed (shorter, more consistent naming)

  • Several value sets updated (Fundraiser Type, Platform, Event Type, Campaign Type, Source Type)

  • Consent columns removed - marketing consent is no longer included in this export. Use the Registrations export for consent data.

  • Column ordering restructured - all column positions have shifted. Map by header name, not position.

Other structural changes

Pledged income tracking

New columns Amount Pledged (O) and Total Raised (P) mirror the same pattern introduced in the Registrations export. Offline donations that haven't been confirmed move from Amount Pledged into Raised (N) when their status is updated to received.

Event fields expanded

New fields for Event Activity (AL), Event Details (AO), Event Start Date (AP), and Event End Date (AQ) bring the Fundraisers export in line with the Registrations export for event detail.

Source columns

Source ID and Source Type remain but their values have been updated. Source Type (AX) is now "Flow" or "Form", and Source ID (AW) is described as a Flow or Form ID.
