Team fundraising is a brilliant way to increase engagement, boost fundraising totals, and create a shared sense of purpose around your campaign. Whether it’s colleagues rallying together, families fundraising in memory, or community groups taking part, enabling teams can significantly amplify momentum.
Enabling Team Fundraising
Before supporters can create or join teams, you’ll need to switch this feature on at campaign level.
Go to your Campaign Settings
Click Teams in the left-hand menu
Toggle on “Enable fundraising teams for this campaign”
Complete the team settings on the same page
Click Save
Enabling Team Registration
Next, you’ll need to allow supporters to register as part of a team within your registration flow.
Go to User Flows in the left-hand menu
Select Registration Flows
Either edit your default registration flow or create a new one
Open the Details page within the registration flow
Tick the “Teams” box to enable team registration
Click Save
Once this is enabled, teams become part of the registration journey.
