Bulk data exports are available within Social Sync allowing you to download data from across multiple campaigns and date ranges in one fell swoop.

This is useful for things like quarterly financial reconciliation, exports of registrant data (e.g. to upload to your CRM) or other activities which require data that spans more than one campaign.
Choosing what data to export
Bulk exports are available via the Data Centre.
Simply choose from the available data options on the left section of the screen:
Click any of the available Export buttons to trigger the following modal window:
Choose a date range and the campaigns you wish to include in your export.

Clicking the Export button will trigger a confirmation modal and send the requested file to the export queue. The file will immediately appear on the table to the right and will be available to download once the requested data has successfully been exported.
Please note: Our exports contain a lot of columns, so requesting 10,000s of lines of data across broad time spans can take a long time for the data to be collated.

Please allow up to an hour for the largest files and avoid queueing up multiple additional export requests while the large one is running.
