v3.5 brings six updates designed around the things that matter most: raising more, saving time and keeping your supporters coming back.
Raise more
01. Send. Receive. Respond. WhatsApp is here.
You can now use Social Sync to send WhatsApp messages to supporters. Not only that, they can message you back and your team can respond without leaving the platform. Turn messages into personal conversations that build 1:1 relationships, increase engagement and raise more money.
02. Build better supporter journeys for your priority challenge events
We now sync with Enthuse, so you can bring your registration data directly into Social Sync and use our Journey Builder to create automated communications across WhatsApp, email and SMS. Trigger the right message at the right time based on whether a supporter has just registered, started fundraising or needs a nudge to get moving.
Save time
03. Take control of your campaign portfolio
Create campaign folders, favourite them and categorise them as Organic, Third party or Fundraising, making larger portfolios easier to manage.
04. Give your top fundraisers the VIP treatment
Create automated tasks and reminders triggered by supporter behaviour, so your team knows who to contact, when and why, all from one place. For example, prompt your team to call a top fundraiser when they reach £500.
05. Keep your CRM up to date
No more manual spreadsheet exports into your CRM. Our new Reporting API will give you hours back every month, freeing up time for the work that matters most.
Lifetime value
06. See who’s coming back
Our new Supporter Retention view shows you how many of your supporters are repeat leads, registrants, fundraisers and donors directly within your campaign dashboard. Get a clearer view of retention and understand how effectively your campaigns are bringing supporters back.
