If enabled, Stripe will automatically send receipts for successful payments. However, you can choose to disable the Stripe receipts and send branded donation receipts via Social Sync instead.
โโ
If you choose to send donation receipts via Social Sync, you'll need to:
Enable Send Tax Receipts Emails
Include a subject line and body text for the email
You also have the option to customise the footer wording and image.
Important: If you enable Social Sync receipts, ensure you switch off Stripeโs receipt emails. Otherwise donors will receive two different receipts for each donation.
Email Settings
To enable donation receipt emails to be sent via Social Sync, you'll need to update the email settings:
Send Tax Receipts Emails โ Select this option if you wish to send branded donation receipts via Social Sync. If selected, please disable donation receipts in your Stripe account to prevent double emails being sent out.
