How to set up your account with your organisation's core information and social media links.

Setting up your Social Sync account is the first step to unlocking the full potential of your nonprofit’s fundraising efforts. Start by adding the core information about your organisation in the Account Settings and social media links in Socials.


Account Settings


Here you’ll add the essential core information about your organisation, including:

  • Organisation Name – Your organisation's official name. It will appear in page

  • Short Name – A shorter version of your organisation's name or an acronym. This will automatically pull through to your custom domain URL.

  • Custom Domain – You can customise the base URL that will appear across your Social Sync microsite and fundraising pages. It's best to keep this as short as possible.

  • Country – The country where your organisation is registered.

  • Currency – The currency of the country where your organisation is registered.

  • Timezone – The timezone of the country where your organisation is registered.

  • About – A short overview to help your supporters get to know you.

  • Strapline – One sentence that sums up your organisation's mission and impact.

Contact Info


Your contact information will appear in page footers. Make sure your supporters know how to contact you by including your:

  • Website URL – Your organisation's website URL.

  • Support email – Make sure this is a managed email address.

  • Telephone number – A phone number supporters can use to get in touch.

  • Address – An address supporters can use to get in touch via post.

Social Links


Add your social links so supporters can easily connect with you. These links will automatically appear in your page footers and as the default in your email footers.

You can select corresponding icons for the following platforms:

  • Facebook

  • X

  • Instagram

  • LinkedIn

  • TikTok
