Note: Any runners who have created their time to account and later decide to drop out cannot give up their spot to another runner. The registration can be cancelled, but the charity place can no longer be replaced with another runner.
Cancelling a runner’s registration
Open the runner’s registration record in your Paris Marathon campaign.
Click the three dots (⋯) in the top-right corner of the registration record.
Select Cancel registration.
Once selected, a pop-up message will appear.
In the pop-up:
Copy and paste the message provided.
Use the email address shown in the pop-up to send the message directly to Corentin.
If the runner has already created their time to account, please change their Place Type Status back to 'Charity Place'. This means they have a cancelled registration, but their place isnt released.
If the runner has not created their time to account, you can leave their Place Type as 'Cancelled'. You have up to the 8th of April to fill this place.

What happens next
Corentin will review the runner’s Time to Account status.
If the runner has already created their Time to Account, the place may no longer be refillable.
If the runner has not created their Time to Account, the place may be reassigned to another runner.
Corentin will confirm the outcome and email you with the next steps.
Note: Once a registrants place is cancelled, they are automatically unsubscribed from all email and SMS communications.
