Optional extras available to all charities through Social Sync

In addition to these standard features, Social Sync offers optional tools to help you maximise your Cape Town Marathon 2026 campaign:

  • Automated supporter journeys
Set up personalised email and SMS communications that respond to supporter behaviour, ensuring the right message reaches the right person at the right time.

  • Segmented communications
Tailor your messaging by supporter type, whether they’re successful or unsuccessful applicants and registrants. This helps you to build stronger engagement across the campaign.

  • Ticketing and registration tools
If you're selecting participants to join your Cape Town Marathon team, you can create custom registration flows and even sell entry tickets directly through Social Sync.

  • Branded Social Sync fundraising pages
Give your supporters a fully personalised, all-in-one fundraising hub. Social Sync fundraising pages pull in donation totals from across integrated platforms like JustGiving, GoFundMe and Facebook, so supporters can showcase their full impact in one place. Pages can be customised with messaging and even include activity tracking, helping runners stay motivated and engaged from start to finish.

If you’d like to activate any of these optional extras, please contact our Head of Growth, Marissa, at [email protected].
