Set up automated email notifications so you and your team never miss an update.
If you’re part of a wider programme (such as the Sydney, Paris, or Cape Town Marathon), or if you’re managing a third-party event using application forms, you can switch on Application Submitted Notifications.
If you’re running a campaign directly through Social Sync (such as a virtual challenge), you can switch on Campaign Registration Created Notifications.
Application Submitted Notifications
To turn on Application Submitted Notifications, click the grey toggle and it will become green. To turn off these notifications, click the green toggle back to grey.
Once notifications are enabled, you'll be prompted to include the email addresses you'd like the notifications to be sent to. If including multiple email addresses, use a comma between each email address to separate them.
Please note only email addresses that use your organisation's domain can receive notifications.
To save your notification settings, click the "Save" button.
If Application Submitted Notifications are enabled, Social Sync will automatically send an email notification to a specified email addresses every time a new application is submitted.
Campaign Registration Submitted Notifications
To turn on Campaign Registration Submitted Notifications, click the grey toggle and it will become green. To turn off these notifications, click the green toggle back to grey.
